At Hawks Homes, we specialize in customizing each home for you. We have factories that will allow us to totally design your home for your family. We don’t charge any more for this service it is what we do best! The only time you will be charged is if the plan requires an engineering fee and that is because it will have to meet the standard of HUD or Modular. Our sales staff is trained in how to help you design your home with the greatest selection of amenities anywhere!

How much of a down payment do I need?

This totally depends on each customer and the type of loan package that fits your needs. If you own your own land you may not be required to have a down payment. If you don’t own land, we can get you into a home for as little as 3.5% down in some cases depending on the credit history of the applicants.

Yes, we offer a layaway plan for our customers. It only takes a small deposit to get started and this way we can go ahead and get your home picked out and get started on the financing side of your purchase while you are saving up the remaining amount.

Hawks Homes has its own insurance company specializing in Manufactured Home Insurance. We are one of the top agencies in the south that specialize in Manufactured and Modular Home insurance packages. Ours is different in that we offer flood, earthquake all built into the package. We have a customer base that dates back in the 80’s we have three licensed agents and are willing to help you in any way we can.
